Formed almost ten years before they boarded the disco train, this group, famously headed by Lionel Richie, had some success before their 1976 “Fancy Dancer”. Further songs include “Easy” and “Just To Be Close To You”. Appearing on the soundtracks of films such as Thank God Its Friday. 1978 saw them release “Once Twice Three Times A Lady”, However by 1985 Richie had left to pursue a solo career and they disbanded.
