Possibly the smoothest voice in history! Born in 1944 in Texas, White was a keyboardist and singer who spent time in LA before making his break producing Love Unlimited famously writing “Walking in the Rain With The One I Love”, and the subsequent Love Unlimited Orchestra and the wonderful “Love’s Theme”. As a solo artist his purple patch was in between 1973 and 1976, in which he wrote “Can’t Get Enough Of Your Love Baby” and “Your My First, My Last, My Everything”. With Such a sparkling career over such a long time, he remains a jewel in the disco crown.
