DENIECE WILLIAMS

A pop singer who crossed over into disco just in time for a great track like “I Found Love.” Produced by Maurice White of Earth, Wind Fire, she produced disco material even before “I Found Love” in 1979. The tracks include “Free,” “Cause You Love Me Baby,” and “Too Much, Too Little, Too Late.” She returned to pop music with moderate success, though without reaching the same heights.
