Had a 1975 hit with “The Hustle”, however spent the majority of career working as a producer and scorer for others. He sadly died in 1979, but not before he had produced the likes of Gladys Knight, The Pips, Aretha Franklin, Stacy Lattisaw and Melba Moore.
