NARADA MICHAEL WALDEN
Zucchero, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, George Benson, Sister Sledge, Herbie Hancock, Four Tops… These are just some of the names produced by Walden in his career… not bad! However, he started out as a jazz musician. In the 1960s he was an acclaimed drummer, but it was in 1976 that he made his mark by joining Jeff Beck and producing the album “Wired.” From 1977 he began self-producing, achieving great success especially with two tracks: “I Don’t Want Nobody Else” and “I Shoulda Loved Ya.” After some less successful work and the many productions mentioned above.
